Services Symposium and Summit 2011 webcast

Roxby Media Australia will be streaming in live time the Services Symposium and Summit 2011. This event, organised by the Australian Services Roundtable and ANU, the Australian National University, will be focused on ‘Prospects for improving Australia’s services exports to China’.

China recently became Australia’s largest services export market and for some time has been Australia’s fastest growing services market. Exports of international education and tourism to China dominate and exports of business services are relatively small. However, China is rapidly developing its services sectors and this increasingly is opening up new opportunities foreign business services providers.

Highlights of the event include keynote speaker Michael Stutchbury from The Australian newspaper talking about “Competitiveness in a Services-dominated Economy”.

The Services Symposium and Summit 2011 will be a full-day event held at the Great Hall, University House, The Australian National University, on 23rd March, 2011, with registration starting at 9.30am and finalising the day with the Services Summit Dinner at the Parliament House. This will be followed by a breakfast on 24th March, 2011 from 7am to 9am.
